Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Typically no. Usually I will decline custom work, because of lack of time! However, I do take suggestions. I make no promises , but I’d be more than willing to hear your ideas. The best way to suggest something is to contact me personally in world or via e-mail.
Q: Are you looking for retail or rental space?
A: For the most part no, but it all depends. Right now, I am not looking for new spaces, but it doesn’t hurt to ask me. I prefer you IM me before you just drop notecards about spaces.
Q: Do you give refunds/exchanges?
A: Depends on the situation and the product. My items are “no transfer”, so refunds will only be given if the exact same item is purchased twice. Contact me in world via notecard explaining the situation and also please copy your transaction history of the purchase in question to the notecard.
Q: Do you have store cards available?
A: No. Because of a bug of SL store cards are unavailable for now. I may be getting a new system soon!
Q: Can your products be purchased as gifts?
A: No. My products are “no transfer”, so they can not be purchased as gifts, but you can access XStreet SL or SL Marketplace and send the person you want the item!
Q: Are you looking to hire assistants, models, customer service representatives or store managers?
A: At this time, I am not looking to hire anyone. Liliana Barrs works as Service Costumer Representative and also helps me with marketing and stuff. Anything related to marketing or any issues with products, should be direct to her.
Q: Do you have an update group?
A: Yes. I do have an hippogroup in SL group called .:StoRin:. Please join to keep updated with new releases, infos and sometimes group gifts! Just go to the store and touch the sign! To read old messages, touch again the device! If you want to leave the group, touch it and click on the unsubscribe!
